This Yoga Alliance, RYS 200-Hour training has been developed so you can train to become a teacher from the comfort of your own home.  We will live and breathe yoga together…. developing ourselves physically and mentally and learning how to teach these transformative techniques to others.
There will be Asana, Pranayama and Meditation, lectures on a variety of topics ranging from Philosophy to Anatomy to Sequencing and Structuring. We will go deeper into the methodology of the techniques and practice how to teach and better understand them.
