What Our Students Say...

“A month of truly inspirational teaching, wisdom, insight and shared knowledge as well as laughter, joy, tears, release… It is hard to articulate what I received on this beautiful training for it is so much more than words can convey. My heart is full of gratitude and I am ready to share it with others… May the light that I received ignite the light within all those whose path crosses with mine…” – Tanya Marie Green

I completed my training with Amritha and James a couple of weeks ago and to say it was transformational feels like an understatement. Their teaching is second to none. I learnt so much more about yoga than I ever thought I would. Not just about the actual practice but the philosophy behind it, and this only served to deepen my love for it!...

About Rishikesh

Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, on the banks of the Holy River Ganges… Rishikesh is thought by many to be the spiritual home of Yoga and it is one of the most beautiful and fascinating places to visit and practice in. The main destinations are Laxman Julha and Ram Julha, two lively and bustling towns that have built up around pedestrian bridges that traverse the river. Here you will find countless Ashrams, Temples, Statues, Yogis, Gurus and Sadhus… not to mention a wide variety of tasty restaurants, shops and stalls.

Rishikesh is also a great departure point if you are hoping to explore some other parts of India after; many onward transport options are available, whether you want to visit the Dalai Lama in Dharamshala, or the burning grounds of Varanassi or the source of the Ganges at Gangotri. The options are endless.

Our home in Rishikesh is yet to be confirmed…
